I've been using Jawa for just over a year now to sell my stuff. I've moved a few PCs, and while the competition is pretty fierce, it's still manageable. The site has really stepped up since I joined, and the team seems to know what they're doing and treats folks fairly. Personally, I haven't run into any problems with either selling or buying on the site. A major bonus is their integration with Affirm, which helps folks who can't pay all at once to make payments—definitely a game changer.

I've been both buying and selling on this platform for more than a year, but lately, it's just been a nightmare. I've faced a lot of heat over delivery times since I drop off packages at UPS access points like Staples, which leads to the problem of the tracking label not updating for way too long. I had to step away after making two sales on my seller page for a funeral out of town, which meant I couldn't ship within the required three-day window for verified sellers. Even after explaining my situation, they still chose to revoke my seller verification. This is just not right, and I want other sellers to be aware of it.

This is a great option compared to that other auction platform. It's tailored specifically for computing needs without all the nonsense tied to other listings. Just look for the item you want, and if a seller in the RGB Swap community has it up for grabs, you'll find it. If not, well, it just ain't available in the RGB scene. All in all, it's been a super enjoyable experience for online shopping.

But with RGBswap, I haven't run into a single problem when it comes to buying, selling, or customer support. I really appreciate everything they do!

I got myself a 3080 ti. Sadly, the manufacturer took ages to ship it to me, so I had to pivot and sell the card instead. RGB Swap made it super simple to list the card. There was a hiccup with my ad, but the site owner stepped in and helped me fix it. A buyer came across my listing, we chatted, and struck a deal. I didn’t profit, but the buyer got the card he was after (brand new in the box), and I avoided being stuck with a pricey video card I couldn’t use. I totally recommend RGB Swap!
